These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between wnhq ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the wnhq website located at wnhq.app and any associated mobile or web applications.
By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing or using any part of the wnhq platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.
wnhq operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act ("AMLA") requirements and PAGCOR regulations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before your account is fully activated, before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, or at any other time at wnhq's discretion.
Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents for KYC purposes include: UMID card, PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), and Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC).
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wnhq account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
wnhq will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from wnhq that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You agree to notify wnhq immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. wnhq will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
wnhq supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued by Philippine banks. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. wnhq does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to use a payment method not registered in your name may result in account suspension and reversal of the transaction.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits published on the wnhq platform at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Fully KYC-verified accounts are eligible for higher transaction limits.
wnhq processes withdrawal requests in accordance with its published processing times. While wnhq endeavors to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes, processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. wnhq is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
wnhq reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting supporting documentation to verify the source of funds in compliance with AMLA requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wnhq, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the wnhq platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
wnhq's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wnhq account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
wnhq does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wnhq makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.
wnhq reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC and AML verification requirements. Where termination results from a breach of these Terms, wnhq reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.
You may close your wnhq account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and wnhq arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact wnhq's support team to initiate this process.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, wnhq reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
wnhq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, wnhq will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the mobile number or email address associated with your account.
The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days after the notice is posted, except where changes are required by law or regulation, in which case they may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the wnhq platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
The version of these Terms that was in effect at the time of any transaction or event shall govern any dispute relating to that transaction or event, unless the revised Terms expressly provide otherwise.
