02 Data Controller
For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, wnhq acts as the personal information controller ("PIC") in respect of the personal data it collects from players and visitors. As PIC, wnhq determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is responsible for ensuring that such processing is carried out lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

08 Data Retention
wnhq retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law and regulation. The following general retention periods apply:
- Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and AMLA obligations.
- Financial and Transaction Data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with AMLA requirements and applicable tax regulations.
- KYC Verification Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction, whichever is later.
- Gaming Activity Data: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the relevant gaming session, for dispute resolution and regulatory compliance purposes.
- Support Communications: Retained for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of the communication, for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.

12 Children's Privacy and Age Restriction
The wnhq platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. wnhq does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If wnhq becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from an individual under the age of 21, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Any balance held in such an account will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of 21 has registered on the wnhq platform or provided personal data to wnhq, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately using the contact details in Section 14 so that we can take appropriate action.

13 Changes to This Privacy Policy
